Restaurant Assistant General Manager are the future of Snappy Salads. The Assistant General Manager doesn't just know our culture… They bleed it. They provide great hospitality with every salad and are driven to do more for our guests. They are the First Officers to the captain of this crazy ship. They lead by example, do the right thing for our guests, serve as mentors to our other team members, and understand the business of our business. They can run the restaurant in the General Manager's absence. An AGM oversees operations in new hire training and orientation, inventory, scheduling, safety and sanitation, and executing great food and guest hospitality.
