Description Robert Half is seeking a skilled Attorney to support a Client with bankruptcy litigation. Responsibilities: - Assist with handling bankruptcy litigation cases, ensuring compliance with legal standards and deadlines. - Draft and prepare court pleadings, motions, claims, and other legal documents related to bankruptcy law. - Conduct in-depth research on bankruptcy issues and provide detailed legal analyses. - Monitor bankruptcy dockets and stay updated on case developments. - Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to strategize and execute case plans. - Review and analyze discovery materials to support litigation strategies. - Prepare legal briefs and arguments for court proceedings. - Ensure thorough documentation and record-keeping for all case-related activities. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting bankruptcy cases. Requirements - Licensed attorney with a valid bar license in the applicable jurisdiction. - Proven experience handling bankruptcy litigation and civil cases. - Strong skills in drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents. - Proficiency in conducting legal research and preparing detailed analyses. - Familiarity with discovery processes and briefing procedures. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. - Commitment to upholding ethical standards and delivering high-quality legal services.
