We are looking for a compassionate in-home caregiver in Boone County to join our growing team! We’re seeking a kind, dependable caregiver to support a retired educator who needs gentle assistance around her home due to balance challenges. She enjoys friendly conversation, routine, and maintaining her independence in a safe environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
• Provide support with personal care services, including bath assistance and grooming.
• Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.
• Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications * Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills * Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day * Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner * Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year) * Supportive and compassionate * High School Diploma or equivalent * Take pride in providing high quality care Does this sound like you?
