Commercial Bus Salesperson -Maryland’s Western Shore Earning Potential up to $250K!! About The Role i.g. Burton Bus & Truck center is seeking a motivated and results-driven
Commercial Bus Salesperson to join our growing team. This role focuses on selling new commercial buses to fleet operators, schools, municipalities, and private transport companies on Maryland’s western shore. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial bus market
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet managers, operators, and decision-makers
- Present, promote, and sell commercial buses and related products
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts in accordance with established company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Stay informed on product specifications, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams on service, deliveries, financing, and after-sales support
Qualifications & Experience - Proven sales experience (commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, or B2B sales preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
- Valid driver’s license (commercial license an asset) and a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally as required
