Candidates with experience in the Auto Dealership industry, as an Auto Business Coordinator, Auto Finance Assistant, or Auto Biller are encouraged to apply. The Pre-Owned Billing, ( preferably at an auto dealership) is essential to dealership operations, responsible for accurate and compliant billing of pre - owned auto vehicle transactions. This role requires strong CDK Global dealership software experience, attention to detail, and collaboration with accounting and sales teams.
AUTO DEALERSHIP BILLING
Location: Grapevine, TX
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
• Full-time, W2 employment
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (with occasional overtime as needed)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process all preowned billing for retail auto sales using CDK
Virtual Biller, ensuring complete and accurate deal documentation.
• Audit and verify auto sale paperwork for compliance with
internal and regulatory standards.
• Calculate and verify auto sales commissions and prepare
related journal entries.
• Stock in, remit checks, and record auto vehicle purchase
billing accurately in accounting systems.
• Scan and maintain all auto deal billing documentation in
digital archives for audit readiness.
• Research and prepare adjustments to preowned auto dealership
inventory and purchase schedules.
• Submit all auto finance, billing, and insurance product
paperwork promptly and accurately.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of automotive dealership billing, finance, or
business office experience preferred
• Pre – Owned Billing experience
• CDK (Dealer Management System) experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
in a fast-paced environment.
