Job Description

This position will serve the Beach Cities/South Bay and the surrounding area in Los Angeles*!

We're open to a  Drain & Sewer Technician or experienced plumber in this role. Previous experience in a customer-facing role with sales is required.

Drain Technicians are the heroes to our customers! They go in, relate to the customer, diagnose issues, and help them get up and running again, whether it’s a clogged drain or preventative maintenance.

Drain Technician Role | WHAT WE DO

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide multiple options to customers
• Clear drain / sewer lines that are clogged
• Perform camera and video inspections
• Perform preventative maintenance

Drain Technician Requirements | WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required . That experience should include establishing rapport with customers, assuming the sale options, and providing guidance to customers throughout projects.
• Have 2+ years experience working on drains is required . That experience should include unclogging drains with electric snakes and/or high-velocity water jets and using a sewer camera to inspect drain lines.
• Bring reliability, motivation, and problem-solving excellence
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs; stand for extended periods of time; kneel or crouch
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing

Salary

• $21.00 / hourly to $27.00 / hourly
• + Bonus and Spiff Program
