This is a hands-on, in-person position — no phone calls, no cubicles, no scripts. You’ll represent respected nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community programs , helping to raise awareness and inspire action.
As an Event Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the welcoming face that connects the public with causes that make a real difference. You’ll assist with event setup, public engagement, and nonprofit outreach , gaining valuable experience in customer service, communications, and event coordination .
Key Responsibilities:
Engage event attendees in friendly, professional conversations
Share nonprofit missions and fundraising goals with enthusiasm and accuracy
Support event setup, logistics, and on-site operations
Build meaningful relationships to strengthen community and donor support
Represent nonprofit partners at live events, community campaigns, and awareness drives
