We’re hiring a Filipino Social Media Manager with proven experience in managing brand pages, creating engaging content, and developing social strategies that drive audience growth. Ideal for someone creative, organized, and confident in delivering measurable engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective social media strategies to grow audience and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Create and schedule content calendars aligned with brand goals
* Produce creative posts, captions, and short-form videos that align with brand identity
* Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments or messages
* Track analytics and prepare performance reports
* Stay updated on current trends and best practices to improve content performance
Qualifications:
* Filipino candidate with proven experience as a Social Media Manager (minimum 1 year)
* Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics
* Proficient in using scheduling and design tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar)
* Creative eye for visual content and storytelling
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
* Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
