Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Typically, 5+ years (or adjust to "7+ years" depending on seniority) of software engineering experience in full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with C#/.NET (e.g., ASP.NET Core, Web API) building backend services and microservices .
• Strong experience with Python for service development (Flask, FastAPI, Django or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of API design (RESTful, possibly GraphQL), microservices architecture, domain-driven design, event-driven systems .
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and a working knowledge of NoSQL/in-memory stores (MongoDB, Redis) for certain components.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable) and container / orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue) - while back-end dominates, you will interface with full-stack components.
• Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), automated testing, code review, and agile/DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and ability to articulate technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
