Salary: $95,000–$120,000
Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead an established HR department and support an onsite workforce across multiple locations in the North Seattle / Snohomish County area. This role requires a visible, approachable HR leader who is comfortable managing a team while remaining hands-on and engaged with employees and leadership.
The ideal candidate brings a compassionate, level-headed approach to employee relations and has demonstrated success leading HR teams in a multi-site environment.
Lead and manage an HR team, providing direction, support, and development
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leadership across multiple local locations
Travel locally as needed to meet with employees and leadership teams
Manage employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and compassion
Oversee performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution
Direct full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Washington employment laws
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Oversee benefits administration and HRIS systems
Willingness to support any and all HR-related tasks as needed
5+ years of progressive HR experience
3–5 years of experience leading and managing an HR team
Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
Experience supporting employees across multiple locations
Comfortable in a hands-on, generalist HR leadership role
HRIS experience required
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
