Job Description

The HVAC Technician will play a key role in supporting both new construction and service projects, with a primary focus on residential customers. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, as well as providing excellent customer service. Plumbing experience is a bonus. A journeyman license is preferred, but candidates nearing completion or apprenticeship-ready will also be considered.


Duties:
Including but not limited to:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential projects.
  • Perform both new construction and service work.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation every other weekend and weekday evening.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, professional communication to customers.
  • Maintain accurate service records, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Support the team by sharing expertise and helping train apprentices when needed.


Qualifications:

  • Journeyman HVAC license or close to completion preferred (not required).
  • Apprenticeship-ready candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Plumbing experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
