ABOUT YOU

As an IT Project Manager, you are a strategic and detail-oriented leader with strong project management expertise and the ability to balance technical knowledge with business priorities. You excel at building collaboration across teams, managing budgets and resources, and guiding vendors to deliver secure, efficient technology solutions. Your analytical mindset, clear communication skills, and commitment to continuous improvement enable you to drive innovation and implement systems that enhance operational performance and customer experience.

What you will do:

  • Lead the planning, scoping, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring solutions are deployed successfully and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage project scope, budgets, and schedules while overseeing analyses, estimates, and approval processes.
  • Collaborate across departments to provide technical guidance, optimize workflows, and ensure technology solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Monitor project performance, manage vendor relationships, and maintain accurate communication and reporting throughout all phases.

What you offer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of IT project management experience in planning, design, and implementation.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects through all phases; knowledge of public bidding and budgetary principles preferred.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to guide teams and stakeholders effectively.
