We’re looking for a full-time, year-round Landscaper to help keep our Marquette properties looking sharp, vibrant, and welcoming—through all four seasons!

 What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our apartment communities
• Mow, trim, plant, prune, weed, and generally make the place look amazing
• Assist with seasonal tasks—fall cleanups, winter snow removal, spring refreshes, and summer shine-ups
• Work with a supportive team that values craftsmanship, pride, and good attitudes

 What We’re Looking For

• Experience with landscaping or groundskeeping
• Comfort working outdoors in all types of Upper Peninsula weather
• Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Reliability—you show up, you pitch in, and you care
