We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to support leasing operations and help maintain high occupancy levels at our residential community. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service. Experience in leasing, customer service, or affordable housing is a plus. Essential Responsibilities: Conduct leasing and marketing efforts to meet or exceed occupancy targets Greet prospective residents, give property tours, highlight apartment features and benefits Process guest cards, rental applications, and leasing documentation accurately Maintain resident satisfaction through positive interactions and timely support Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, Tenant Selection Plans, and Lease Agreements Input and manage data using Yardi or other property management software Support outreach and community marketing initiatives to attract qualified applicants Assist with move-ins, renewals, and retention efforts Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, sales, or marketing Leasing experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, internet usage, and property management software (e.g., Yardi) Familiarity with affordable housing programs such as LIHTC and HUD/Section 8 is a plus Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
