Marketing Communications Project Manager Location Hybrid remote in Philadelphia, PA :

JEME is looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing & Communications Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of marketing campaigns, from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget, with the intention of exceeding expectations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a strong understanding of marketing principles. You will need to have proven experience (5+ years) in marketing and communications, writing and the ability to work with project teams of various sizes. This is a great opportunity for a proven agency project coordinator looking to transition into a PM role.

The candidate should also possess creativity and experience in both big picture ideation and attention to small details. We are looking to hire immediately, and accepting candidates who are local to Philadelphia ONLY.

Marketing & Communications

  • Work in partnership with the creative team to write creative briefs and guide direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
  • Collaborate with a team of project managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of final product
  • Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion
  • Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Manage content and updates for client and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Account Management

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables and set clear milestones
  • Ensure project goals are delivered on time and within budget
  • Monitor production and quality to clients, stakeholders, and company standards
  • Manage and effectively utilize internal and external resources across projects
  • Work with the team to synthesize and develop strategies for community engagement
  • Broker clear and effective communication across stakeholders
  • Organize and manage program documentation such as contracts, invoices and meeting minutes
  • Identify strategic opportunities to advance and grow LGC's social impact initiatives through program design, development, and implementation
  • Work cross-functionally within the company to execute on various initiatives and events
  • Source, evaluate, and cultivate relationships with external partners to develop programs that advance our social impact goals
  • Maintain tight control over details and execution of events
  • Build and manage event budgets, timelines, logistics and contractual obligations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing-related or agency experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing and writing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience managing multiple projects and managing a team
  • Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Google Suite and Adobe PDF.
