Job Description
The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the firm, combining administrative leadership with light accounting responsibilities, client communication, and support for tax preparation processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional setting.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
Maintain organized records and filing systems.
Perform basic accounting tasks including invoicing, reconciliations, and bill payment.
Calculate, process, and invoice time and billing for clients.
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
Coordinate and collaborate with clients to ensure timely delivery of documents and information.
Utilize tax preparation software for data entry and processing.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Barrington, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $43.00/hr.
