Job Title: On-Site Services Specialist 
Location: West Plains, MO 65775
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Summary:

The On-Site Services Specialist supports Managed Services operations by providing high-quality print, mail, scanning, and document services at a client site. This role requires hands-on operation of high-volume production equipment, strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume digital production printers, copiers, scanners, and mail processing equipment
• Perform binding, finishing, QC, and final document checks
• Operate mail inserters, postage meters, and mail preparation equipment
• Handle shipping and receiving of materials and supplies
• Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
• Maintain copier functionality through daily inspections, clearing paper jams, and reporting issues
• Maintain meter readings, service logs, inventory records, and billing logs
• Respond to customer service requests and answer job status inquiries
• Deliver completed jobs to designated client locations within the site
• Operate bindery and finishing equipment such as paper cutters, shrink-wrap machines, joggers, staplers, and drills
• Perform filing, archiving, and document purging as requested
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of copier and production areas
• Perform additional duties as assigned by site management

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and email systems
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50-55 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality with dependable transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with office and production equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in print production or large-scale mail production
• Experience operating high-volume printers, copiers, scanners, or postage machines
• Scanning and digital file handling experience
• Valid driver’s license (may be required by Ricoh policy)
