Connect Staffing is seeking an Onsite Talent Coordinator to support a high-volume light industrial food-production facility. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, people-focused, and motivated to grow within staffing, recruiting, or workforce operations.
Requirements for Onsite Talent Coordinator:
• 1–2 years of recent recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Organized, driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable maintaining a visible presence on the production floor when engaging employee teams
• Prior experience in roles such as Staffing Coordinator, Recruiter, HR Assistant, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or Scheduling Coordinator is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Onsite Talent Coordinator:
• Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates for light industrial production roles
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet daily and forecasted staffing needs
• Conduct orientations, safety briefings, and assist with first-day coordination
• Support employees with scheduling, attendance management, and performance check-ins
• Maintain regular visibility on the production floor to promote engagement and retention
• Assist with onboarding tasks including I-9 completion and compliance documentation
• Partner closely with supervisors and department leaders to review staffing plans
• Provide proactive staffing solutions related to turnover, attendance, and productivity
• Track and report key metrics such as fill rates, retention, and productivity compliance
• Ensure all staffing and associate activities comply with FDA, OSHA, and food-safety standards
