**What you'll achieve**
As a Paid Search Regional Director, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the regional paid search media strategy while ensuring alignment with global goals. You will work with regional teams and agencies to innovate search strategies, optimize performance, and lead the regional team to success.
You will:
+ Lead the development and execution of the regional paid search strategy.
+ Guide the team to align search media planning with overall marketing objectives.
+ Manage regional paid search budgets effectively.
+ Oversee campaign implementation and optimization to maximize ROI.
+ Collaborate with global teams and vendors to ensure localized execution of global strategies.
**Compensation**
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $158,100 - 204,600
