Position Summary and Description:

Join a leading clinician-led behavioral health outpatient clinic at Watson Psychiatry. We are seeking compassionate and talented PMHNP-BCs to join our growing team. We serve clients in the state of Colorado and specialize in serving patients across the lifespan in a supportive outpatient environment. Our practice strives to improve access to holistic and mental health care while supporting our clinical staff in all aspects of their work. Our clinicians have flexibility and efficiency within their workday.

Watson Psychiatry offers part-time and full-time options to our clinicians. We welcome new graduates!

Position Details:

  • Full-Time and Part-Time
  • FLSA Status: Exempt
  • Pay range: $120,000 - $145,000 annual salary
  • Reports to: Provider and Manager / Supervisor
  • Location: DTC Landmarks location in Greenwood Village, Colorado

PMHNP-BC Requirements:

● Must be licensed in the state of Colorado with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC)

● Must live in Colorado (Hybrid scheduling)

● Must have Prescriptive Authority

● Must have DEA licensure

● Minimum of 1-2 years PMHNP experience (preferred)

● Minimum of 1-2 years of Ketamine / Spravato experience (preferred)

● Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations

● Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy

● Experience in working with persons who have various behavioral health issues such as, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, intellectual disabilities, and other psychiatric impairments.
