**Job Opening: Real Estate Virtual Assistant & Inside Sales Agent (ISA)**
_Remote | Full-Time (8a-5pm Central - US)_
We’re a fast-paced real estate team looking for a highly organized and motivated **Virtual Assistant who can also serve as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA)**. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and confident on the phone, this could be the perfect role for you!
### **🔹 What You’ll Do:**
**🗂 Listing & Transaction Support**
* Gather data, estimates, and maintain organized files
* Create seller net sheets, MLS listings, and market updates
* Coordinate professional photography, signs, lockboxes, and showings
* Prepare contracts, disclosures, and listing agreements
* Track showing feedback, deadlines and assist with transaction coordination
**📞 Inside Sales & Lead Follow-Up**
* Make outbound calls to leads, past clients, and inquiries
* Respond quickly to online leads and incoming calls/messages
* Follow up consistently using scripts and CRM systems
* Schedule appointments for listing and buyer consultations
* Nurture long-term leads and maintain detailed notes
### **🔹 Ideal Candidate Will Have:**
* Experience in real estate, either as a VA, TC, or ISA (preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
* Familiarity with FLEX MLS, CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss), DotLoop (or similar) and ShowingTime or similar tools
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and strong attention to detail
