Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Company: Interim HealthCare - Allentown, PA About the Role Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health position at Interim HealthCare in Allentown, Pennsylvania is a key role in delivering exceptional healthcare services in a home setting. This role is currently for Per-Diem with potential to transition to part-time or full-time. Responsibilities

Oversee the coordination and delivery of high-quality home healthcare services
Develop and implement care plans based on patients' needs
Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and regulations
Maintain accurate patient records and documentations

Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health or a related field
Strong knowledge of healthcare protocols and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
