Join our team as a House Supervisor. The House Supervisor is responsible for coordination and direction of safe and efficient patient care and throughput in the hospital by providing a communication link with ED, patient registration, LIPs and nursing units. As a House Supervisor you will:
+ Serve as clinical resource person in delivery and supervision of direct and indirect care processes.
+ Provide competent leadership and direction for all hospital Codes and emergency management.
+ Act as agent for department and hospital executives when they are not present and reports concerns and events to the designated administrator on call.
**Schedule; Monday-Friday is 6am-6:30pm. Weekends they rotate the Days and Nights 12 hour shifts.**
**Job Requirements**
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
+ Two years clinical RN experience required
+ 1-year clinical leadership experience, preferred
+ Previous experience in critical care; ED, ICU, and PACU
+ BSN required within 2 years of hire
+ MSN preferred
+ RN License to practice in Colorado or Kansas as applicable
+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
+ Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
+ PALS or ENPC required upon hire or within three months of hire/transfer
Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

$38.43 - $61.30 /hour
