Your main responsibilities will include: - Safely operating a tow truck to assist stranded motorists. - Transporting vehicles to designated locations. - Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Completing necessary documentation and maintaining records for each job. - Performing routine checks to ensure the tow truck is in good working condition.
We’re seeking candidates who are: - Reliable, punctual, and professional. - Able to work independently and handle challenging situations with a calm demeanor. - Comfortable driving and operating tow trucks (training provided if necessary). - Committed to providing top-notch customer service.
