Transactional Paralegal Position - Grapevine, TX

A well-established and reputable boutique commercial law firm, based in Grapevine, TX, with a collegial environment, is seeking a Transactional Paralegal to join their team full-time.

Experience with business formation transactions is a plus. However, backgrounds that also include experince in other areas of transactional law will be considered.

A minimum of 5 years experience in transactional law is required to apply. Document drafting experience is also requried for this role.

The salary for this role will be top market-competitive and commensurate with experience.

Skills and Requirements:

* Applicants must live near to Grapevine,TX, this is an in-office role
* Minimum 5 years experience in transactional law
* Experience with document drafting required
* Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
* Ability to work alongside senior partners to assist with workflow as required
