Job Description
Job Summary
- Pay Rate: $17.25/hr; Schedule: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Temp to Hire)
- Combination of administrative and warehouse floor work
- Primary tasks include:
- Working in Oracle and transportation management systems
- Updating daily spreadsheets
- Scheduling carrier pickups
- UPS data entry
- Warehouse floor work includes:
- Applying shipping documents and packing slips to shipments
- Assisting with QA as needed
- Unboxing copiers and parts
- Preparing equipment for movement into shop
- Bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling required
- Team lifting required for items over 50 lbs (training provided)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Fast-paced, general labor warehouse environment (not climate controlled)
- In and out of trailers frequently
- Minimal sitting/standing around; must be active throughout the day
- No experience required; warehouse clerk experience a plus
- Attention to detail necessary
- Dress code: Sneakers, jeans, plain shirts/sweatshirts (no lettering), no sweatpants/stretch pants
- Must have good attendance and willingness to be cross-trained
- Occasional overtime and rare Saturday work may be required
