We're hiring for **Warehouse/Production positions** in **Seguin** with multiple shifts available. **Locations & Pay Rates:** **Seguin (1-10/Hwy 46)** + -1st shift - $17.50/hrly | 6am-430pm M-Th | 10 hour shift + -2nd shift - $19.29/hrly | 430pm-3am M-Th | 10 hour shift + -Training is for two weeks on designated shift + -Mandatory Overtime working 5-7 days a week 10-12 hour shifts **What's the Job?** + Assemble and secure engine components following work instructions + Install gaskets, seals, bearings, hoses, and other parts + Inspect parts for quality and report defects + Follow standard operating procedures in a safe and clean work environment **What's Needed?** + **Background check and drug screen** + Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions + Ability to **stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs** during a 10-hour shift + Must be **18 years or older** + **Willingness to work overtime** as needed **What's in It for You?** + Weekly pay + Paid holidays + No experience required - We train you + Medical, dental, 401K, and other benefits + Career growth opportunities **Apply now** to start a rewarding career with Manpower.
