Job Title: Wellness Advisor – YogaSix, New Tampa
Location: New Tampa, Florida
Position Summary:
The Wellness Advisor is the face and soul of our studio – the first person members, customers and guests meet and the last impression they leave with. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment and is passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with all guests and members with energy and enthusiasm
Drive sales through lead generation, communications, and follow-ups
Achieve and exceed sales goals for memberships, retail, and class packages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and front desk
Process member check-ins, bookings, payments, and any customer service issues or questions
Support studio operations, marketing events, and community outreach
Uphold the YogaSix brand and promote a positive, inclusive studio culture
Qualifications:
Prior sales and customer service experience preferred
Positive work attitude and a passion for health, wellness, fitness
Outgoing, confident, and driven personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling systems (e.g., ClubReady)
