Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a positive and professional bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist to be the face of our business. You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, and assist us with other operations as needed. • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
• Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
• Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures
• Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
• Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
• Must be bilingual, English fluent, and Spanish conversational
