We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst III / Data Analytics Engineer to join the Customer Experience (CX) analytics function. The ideal candidate will leverage data, insights, and advanced analytics to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize support operations, and drive improvements across the end-to-end customer journey. This role involves developing scalable data models, dashboards, predictive analytics solutions, and insights that support business decision-making and customer experience initiatives.
The position requires strong technical expertise, excellent analytical capabilities, and experience collaborating with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain data models, queries, reports, and visualizations supporting multiple customer experience use cases.
Work with diverse data sources-customer interactions, feedback, behavioral data-to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Build and deploy predictive models to forecast customer behavior, identify issues, and optimize support processes.
Create interactive, dynamic data visualizations that present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
Partner with customer service, operations, product, and engineering teams to integrate data insights into business decisions.
Develop and track KPIs to measure the outcomes of customer experience programs.
Contribute to data governance, data quality standards, and best practices for analytics and visualization.
Stay current with advanced analytics techniques, tools, and methodologies.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related roles.
Experience working with operations teams, preferably in customer experience or support operations.
Background in CX analytics and Voice of Customer (VoC) methodologies.
Proficiency in Python , R , and SQL .
Experience with machine learning concepts and ML libraries such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
Hands-on experience building dashboards using Tableau , Power BI , or similar tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering insights to stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects in dynamic environments.
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Salesforce ).
Certifications in data science or analytics.
Experience with agile development and version control (Git).
