Job Title: Licensed Pharmacy Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Pharmacist in Illinois to support our onsite pharmacy. The role involves ensuring efficient pharmacy operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry for prescription processing.
Fill prescriptions efficiently and accurately.
Verify prescriptions to ensure correctness and safety.
Dispense medications and provide counseling to patients.
Manage inventory to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste.
Essential Skills
Active IL Pharmacist License.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a pharmacy setting.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care.
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for operating pharmacy systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Medicaid operations.
Management skills to oversee pharmacy operations.
Familiarity with prescription refills and inventory management.
Work Environment
This is a 100% onsite role. The work schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. The pharmacy is closed for lunch from 12:15 to 12:45 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Galesburg, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
