Job Description

Interim HealthCare Staffing is URGENTLY seeking experienced Phone Triage Registered Nurses for a Potential Work Stoppage supporting a large, multi-clinic healthcare organization with primary and specialty care locations across the Twin Cities metro area. This role is focused on telephonic patient triage and clinical decision support. Candidates must be willing to work and cross a picket line if a work stoppage occurs. Pay Rate: * Up to $84.20 per hour Role Highlights: * Provide phone-based nursing triage and clinical guidance * Assess symptoms, determine level of care, and escalate appropriately * Utilize clinical protocols and documentation systems * Collaborate with providers and care teams to support patient outcomes Schedule:

• This will be for a 7-day period starting on or around February 1st.
